RED TOP ENGINE BUILD — CUSTOM SHORT BLOCK & CYLINDER HEAD

Every Red Top leaving our shop is built to your spec, not pulled off a shelf. Configure your short block and cylinder head independently — from a stock-spec replacement engine to a full performance build.

Short Block Choose a stock-replacement bottom end or go full performance with a lightweight balanced crankshaft, forged Molnar rods, forged pistons, ARP rod bolts, a mechanical chain tensioner, and more — every option built and verified in-house.

Cylinder Head Stock or performance spec, with your choice of Stock, Sprint Race, or Endurance Race camshafts. Add oversized intake valves, 82# valve springs, ARP head studs, VVT delete gears, and performance porting to match your build’s intent.

Camshafts If you are looking for that extra bump or just want the thrill of 8000 rpms screaming in your ear, our camshaft options will give you the power you need at race pace. *If selecting sprint cam's you will need to purchase manual timing gears, these big boys cannot be used with stock VVT cam phasers.
